I am delighted to welcome you to Barnwood Park School. We encourage students to be ambitious, determined, and we support them to succeed. We believe in the importance of helping our students achieve outstanding outcomes, but we also value the pastoral side of school life and support our students to develop the skills and character that will prepare them for life after they finish school.
We are a proud member of the Greenshaw Learning Trust, a ‘family’ of like-minded schools, that collaborate to provide mutual support, share their good practice and learn from each other, whilst retaining and developing their own distinctive character.

Yesterday, our Year 9 students attended an assembly delivered by the Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service. The session focused on the issue of knife crime, highlighting that the consequences extend far beyond a single individualaffecting families, friends, the wider community and can limit future opportunities. It taught them ways to make better, more positive choices.

We have two great options this Friday lunchtime, whether you're feeling competitive or just want to stay cool: Movie in the Drama Studio Tug of War out on the field (part of National Sports Week)

A huge thank you to Richard Tuck and Kurt Swanborough from Michael Tuck Estate Agents for taking the time to visit our Year 10 students this morning! Real-world insights about attitude, communication, and professionalism are invaluable as our students begin thinking about their futures.

A huge shoutout to the 50 students from across the school who competed at the annual Athletics event at the Prince of Wales Stadium recently! You were all absolutely brilliant and represented us so well.
